REGISTERED POST ON AUSTRALIAN ORDERS I recommend that you request your order to be sent via Registered Post on checkout. In the event that you do not select Registered Post, I am unable to accept responsibility for your parcel once it has been handed to Australia Post.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING Please note that the charges set for international shipping have been based on orders less than 500gms. In the event your order is over 500gms, then I reserve the right to issue an additional invoice for any excess postage charges. In the event further charges are payable, I will forward a request for additional payment, and your order will not be shipped until further payment has been received. As our product prices are considerably less than the RRP, I cannot afford to incur any additional postage charges on international orders as charged by Australia Post. SHIPPING TIMES As I work fulltime as a para-legal in addition to running this on-line store, orders received are shipped on the next business day following receipt & payment of the order. RETURNS & REFUNDS In the event a product is faulty, then we will refund the cost of that item or issue you with a store credit (your choice). Unfortunately, we cannot be held responsible for damage caused in the post and we ask that if your order is not received in good order that you make a complaint with Australia Post by completing the necessary declarations and requesting reimbursement for the damaged item/s
